Sewer Bills

The Allen County Treasurer 's Office is also responsible for collecting sewer bills.  The bills are printed and mailed by our outside vendor SmartBill Corporation.  Questions or any changes must be made through the Allen County Sanitary Engineer's Office.  Please contact them at (419) 331-6080 or 3230 N. We now accept monthly or quarterly sewer payments by direct debit from your checking or savings account.  To establish this method of payment, please follow these directions:

1. Print the monthly application (click here for application)

                         OR

2. Print the quarterly application (click here for application)

                       THEN

3. For withdrawals from your checking account, please include a voided check.  For a savings account, please include a document showing both the routing number and your account number.

4. Mail application with your voided check or savings account document to:

Sewer bills are due each quarter.  Generally, they are due the first Friday of each quarter.  We have established the following due dates for the year 2011:

• 3rd quarter of 2011 due 12/02/2011
• 4th quarter of 2011 due 03/02/2012
• 1st quarter of 2012 due 06/01/2012
• 2nd quarter of 2012 due 09/07/2012
• 3rd quarter of 2012 due 12/07/2012
